05Why an alliance

One brief. One contract.
One point of contact.

Most firms do one of these things well. The gaps between them are where projects lose time, money and accountability.

05.1The problem we were built for

Four vendors,
four versions of the truth.

A product launch needs an event producer, a PR agency, a content team and an accountant who can make the invoice trail survive an audit. Hire four firms and you inherit a coordination job nobody is paid to do — yours.

When something slips, each firm can point at another. The event blames the late approval, the agency blames the event, and the invoice arrives with line items nobody recognises.

05.1
Accountability

One point of contact

A single account manager across every division you engage, with one line of reporting and one escalation path. There is always somebody who cannot pass the question on.

05.2
Documentation

Built for compliance

Government work sets the documentation standard for everything we do — GST invoicing, vendor records, permits and approvals kept in order from day one, not assembled at audit time.

05.3
Commercials

Scoped in writing

Deliverables, timelines and costs are agreed before work starts. Changes are quoted and approved, not absorbed quietly and billed later.

05.4How we are organised

Five divisions,
one alliance.

Each division carries its own lead, its own delivery team and its own standards. The alliance is the layer that makes them behave like one company to you.

You brief once. We translate that brief into work orders for each division involved, hold the schedule between them, and report back in one voice.

Where a brief needs expertise we do not hold in-house, an associate firm is engaged under our contract and managed by your account manager — never handed your account.

05.5How we work

What you can
hold us to.

These are not aspirations. They are the terms we write into the scope of work.

We quote before we start

Scope, timeline and cost in writing, signed, before any work is done or any cost incurred on your behalf.

We name who is responsible

Your account manager and every division lead on the project are named at phase 04.4. You always know whose desk a question lands on.

We do not mark up silently

Vendor and associate costs appear as line items in your estimate. Our margin is in the quote, not hidden in a supplier invoice.

We say no when it is honest

If the timeline does not work, the budget will not stretch, or the division you want is the wrong one, we tell you at scoping rather than after signing.

Where are you based?

New Delhi, working across the NCR and travelling for projects elsewhere in India. Government event work is concentrated in the region; finance, legal, IT and media work is delivered remotely wherever you are.

How large is the team?

Each division carries a core team supplemented by a vetted bench and, where a brief calls for it, associate firms. We size the delivery team to the scope rather than keeping a large fixed roster that has to be fed.

Do you work with small organisations?

Yes. The compliance retainer and single-division engagements are built for organisations that do not need all five. There is no minimum contract value, though there is a minimum we can do well, and we will say so.

Can you work alongside our existing agency?

Often. We will agree a written split of responsibilities so there is no overlap and no gap, and your account manager coordinates with them on your behalf.

Tell us what needs to happen, and by when.

Send the brief and we will respond within two working days with scope, the divisions involved and an estimate.
