03Our associate network

Specialist partners,
engaged through us.

Four associate firms work alongside our divisions. When a brief needs their expertise they come in under our contract, on our terms, managed by your account manager.

03.1How it works

One contract,
whoever does the work.

Partner firms are introduced at the point they are needed, never billed or briefed separately, and never handed your account. You deal with us throughout, and we carry the responsibility for their work as if it were ours.

03.1
Associate firm

Real estate

Residential and commercial property — site sourcing, advisory and transaction support.

03.2
Associate firm

Podcast production

Studio recording, editing and distribution, with campaign support around every release.

03.3
Associate firm

IT services

Software development, infrastructure setup and ongoing technical support.

03.4
Associate firm

Consulting & advisory

Business, process and structural advisory across every division we run.

03.5Terms of engagement

What this means
for your project.

The arrangement is designed so that adding a specialist never adds a relationship for you to manage.

01
Commercials

One invoice

Associate work appears as a line in your scope and your invoice. There is no second contract, no second negotiation and no second payment schedule.

02
Accountability

One manager

Your account manager briefs the associate, reviews the output and answers for it. You are never asked to chase a firm you did not choose.

03
Standards

Our paperwork

Associates work to the same documentation standard as our divisions — written scope, compliant invoicing and records kept in your project file.

03.6Questions

Asked often.

Anything not covered here, ask in the brief.

Why are the partner firms not named?

Associate firms are engaged through us and work to our scope and standards. We introduce the relevant firm and its credentials at proposal stage, under NDA where appropriate, so you know exactly who is doing the work before you sign anything.

Can we work with the associate directly?

The arrangement is built around a single contract and a single point of accountability, which is what lets us stand behind the output. If a direct relationship makes more sense for your situation, say so in the brief and we will tell you honestly whether it does.

Does using an associate cost more?

No. Associate work is quoted inside the same estimate and at the same margin as division work. You see the line item and what it covers before you approve the scope.

Who owns the output?

You do, on the same terms as work delivered by our own divisions. Ownership and handover are written into the scope of work at phase 04.3.

Tell us what needs to happen, and by when.

Send the brief and we will respond within two working days with scope, the divisions involved and an estimate.
