State departments and public bodies running summits, inaugurations and outreach programmes
02.1.1What this division does
Government collaboration and private occasions
An event is judged on the day, but it is won or lost in the eight weeks before it. Permissions that arrive late, a vendor who cannot raise a compliant invoice, a protocol order nobody confirmed — these are the things that turn a good plan into a bad morning.
We run events as a documented project rather than a creative sprint. Every permit, vendor contract and approval sits in one file that you can see at any point, and the run of show is locked and circulated before anyone travels.

02.1.4Questions
Asked often.
If the answer you need is not here, ask it in the brief and we will answer it in writing before quoting.
Do you work on government tenders?
Yes. We prepare and submit tender documentation, handle empanelment paperwork, and run the event to the specification once awarded. The documentation standard we apply to public-sector work is the one we use everywhere.
Can you take over an event already in progress?
Usually. We will ask for the current vendor list, contracts and permit status, and come back with what is recoverable and what is at risk. We will tell you honestly if the timeline no longer works.
Who owns the vendor relationships?
You do. Vendors are contracted to the event, and the full list with rates is in your file. We do not hide the supply chain or mark it up silently.
