Most software that gets abandoned was built correctly and specified badly. Someone asked for a dashboard when the real problem was that three teams were keeping three versions of the same list.
We do the consulting before the building. That sometimes means we recommend less software than you expected, and a change to how the work flows instead. When building is the right answer, we build it to be maintained by someone other than us.

Do we own the code?
Yes. Source code, infrastructure accounts and credentials are yours and are handed over at close. Nothing is held hostage to a support contract.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Often that is the better arrangement. We can take the consulting and specification work and leave the building to your team, or share the build with a defined split.
What if we only need support, not a build?
Support retainers are available on their own, including for systems we did not build, after a short review to establish what we are taking on.
